Marketing & Lead Acquisition
From "don't know what to write" to knowing exactly which piece of content drove the deal.
Most B2B companies face the same content-marketing dilemma: the marketing team writes furiously but doesn't know which content actually brings customers, or where leads come from. The SiliMind Marketing & Acquisition module puts AI topic selection, content creation, multi-platform distribution, and attribution in one closed loop — content data and CRM data connected for the first time.
AI Topic Center
Let search data decide what to write
Enter industry keywords (e.g., "solar panel wholesale") in the search box, pick a target market (domestic/overseas/all), and click generate. AI returns 10 topic suggestions; each card includes:
- Topic title
- Monthly search volume estimate
- Competition difficulty (low/medium/high)
- Opportunity score (0-100, combining volume and competition; >70 highlighted)
- Recommendation rationale
Every Monday the system pushes a weekly topic report — based on ranking changes of last week's published content, new competitor publications, and industry trends. No need to watch competitors manually every day; AI watches for you.
Content Workbench
AI-assisted writing — 5-10 pieces per person per day
A three-column board (draft → pending review → published) manages all content. Click into the creation editor:
AI Draft Generation
Select a topic and click "AI Generate" — a 1,500-3,000 word SEO-optimized draft returns in 30 seconds. A built-in AI assistant panel supports rewriting, expanding, shortening, adding examples, and adding data to selected text.
Real-Time SEO Check
The right-hand panel shows keyword density, H-tag structure, internal-link suggestions, and readability in real time. Optimized as you write — no going back after publishing.
Unified Distribution Gateway
The content distribution framework is ready: integration with third-party distribution services (Yixiaoer, Zernio, etc.) is built — once credentials are connected, one-click distribution to 15 overseas platforms becomes available. Publish status and engagement data flowing back to the attribution dashboard is a design goal. Failed publishes show the reason and a retry button; video content (TikTok/Douyin/Channels) uses manual URL+UTM tracking.
Multi-Platform Distribution
One gateway for all platforms
Published content pushes through the unified distribution gateway to third-party services such as Yixiaoer and Zernio, covering platforms at home and abroad. Publish status, UV, and engagement data flow back and update in the published column in real time. A content calendar (week/month views) shows the publishing schedule with drag-and-drop rescheduling.
🚀 Landing Pages & Lead Capture
Your first-party landing point for content traffic — who visited, what they left behind, and what it's worth, tracked from the source
Publishing content isn't the end of the loop — who clicked in, whether they left contact details, and which deal it became must all be traceable from the source. SiliMind includes lightweight landing pages: each piece of content gets its own lead-capture page; when a visitor arrives, source, channel, and campaign parameters are recorded automatically. The Sankey chart on the attribution dashboard starts with data from this page.
Built-in landing pages — no external CMS needed
Edit landing pages in the system; publishing gives you a public URL (/p/{slug}) — one piece of content, one landing point. Every edit auto-saves a version you can roll back to anytime.
Form fill creates the record; leads enter the pool automatically
When a visitor submits the landing-page form, the system creates a contact and enters the lead pool, converging with content-form, channel-message, and proactive-acquisition leads — from the moment they submit, the lead carries a complete birth certificate.
Full-funnel parsing of 5 UTM fields
The UTM parameters in campaign links — source, medium, campaign, content, and term — are parsed and stored automatically by the landing page, following the lead all the way to opportunities and deals. "Which platform, which campaign, which article did this inquiry come from?" — no need to ask the media buyer; look it up in the system.
Cookie + Pixel visitor recognition — recognizable even without a form
First-party cookies seed visitor IDs, and platform pixels return user identifiers automatically, merging cross-channel visits into the same person. Visitors who leave no contact details can still be linked on return visits — per the v5 product target, cross-channel visitor recognition improves from 40% (tier 1) to 70% (tier 2).
This is where the attribution loop begins: landing-page form fill → lead entry → opportunity → deal → ROI calculation. The Sankey diagram and ROI leaderboard in the attribution dashboard grow ring by ring from the data on this page.
Attribution Dashboard
The first time you see "which content made money"
This is the core difference between SiliMind and traditional marketing tools.
Attribution Sankey Diagram
Left to right, the complete data flow: content published → page visits → form fills → leads entered → opportunities created → deals. Each flow line clicks open to show specific content and customers — which articles and platforms produced the 150 leads.
ROI Leaderboard
The table sorts descending by deal value driven: content title / platform / UV / inquiries / leads / deals / deal value / ROI.
Core value: the marketing team's output is tied to revenue for the first time. Effect data feeds directly back into the AI topic engine — content types that drove deals get recommended first, creating a positive cycle.
Proactive Acquisition
AI searches for prospects; reps filter and confirm
A standalone "🎯 Proactive Acquisition" module, alongside inbound.
Profile Configuration
Define your target customer profile (industry, size, region, keywords), optionally selecting 1-3 reference customers from existing deals for AI to analyze and auto-fill the form. Configurations save as templates.
AI Search & Filtering
AI searches matching prospect companies through public data sources (public LinkedIn profiles, industry directories, company information platforms). Results display as cards with match scores, company summaries, and contact info. Reps filter one by one (select/skip).
Push & Follow Up
Selected customers convert to CRM leads in one click, with AI drafting outreach based on customer info. Compliance by design: public data only, sources cited, unsubscribe links included, frequency limits, and GDPR checks.
✉️ Automated Outreach Sequences
Multi-step touches, sent automatically on a rhythm
Outreach follow-up no longer relies on memory. Set a multi-step sequence — day 0 intro, day 3 follow-up, day 14 final check-in — and the system sends each step on schedule. The moment a prospect replies, later touches stop; an unsubscribe blocks the whole sequence. Delivery, reply, and conversion rates are tracked per step — the data shows which email works.
- Runs on schedule: each step has a delay and content template; batch-enqueue prospects and the system advances automatically — pause or stop anytime
- Knows when to stop: by default "a reply stops the sequence; an unsubscribe blocks it" — no harassment-style spamming, with a maximum sequence duration as a backstop
- Per-step analytics: delivery and reply stats per email, with comparisons across sequences for iteration
Leads from marketing flow into the CRM's unified lead pool, with AI intent scoring and assignment starting immediately. As opportunities move across the sales board, the attribution dashboard tracks continuously. The management dashboard shows marketing spend vs. ROI and channel conversion rates in real time.
This isn't marketing tools bolted onto CRM — it's two faces of one platform.
